Dear All!
I have got first response from CIC on Jan 31,2011.It was almost after 4 months since my application was received by cic.
I need to ask some experience from the post June 26/2010 applicants.How long will the visa office on average will take to send the medical request??
My application received by cic on Sept 27/2010.
First positive response on Jan 31,2011.

It's normal. 3-4 months. Be patient, the journey is so daunting. Relax and wait.
