got decision made

hi pls help whjat this mean

i opne the ecas status they only mention ny name and my mall adress

they didint but in process or design made
but before 2 weeks it was mention in process since 23jun09

but since 2 wekks nothing only my name and my addrss

now i open website it show decision made, its bad sigh?
any one recive smilir thing?

Hi Zakout

I hope this is mistake from the system of the ecas. By the way when did you submit ur full documents? Four months in process then decision made it is unfair really but I hope this is wrong update.
