got back my e-cas status

last month my e-cas status disappeared from the internet.i sent one e- mail to cic and i got back my e-cas status.now it is showing 'application received' and in next line 'DECISION MADE'.What does it mean..please help...is it positive or negative...

Read more in this forum, we already discussed lots, that why people not reply in your post. use search option of this forum.

if system error of E-case by CIC website than it will update on next update/s (update will made by CIC for E-case every Tuesday Canadian Time).
if it's NOT system error of CIC e-case than you will sure get letter by CHC with complete explaination of decision made.
