i just wanna share this with u  , my wife has got a letter from cic in mississauga telling her that she has met the conditions for sponsorship and that our file has been sent to my visa office in rabat morocco am happy really that we have passed this first hurdle we hope the same will happen in rabat
as for the timeline it took just 18 days to hear from them , they recieved the file on the 15 january and today we got an anwser it seems quick . good luck for others

Applying outland - Vienna
Feb 16th - application received at CPC-M
Mar 3rd - decision made at CPC-M
Mar 27th - received AOR, dated Mar 23rd
Apr 29th - PPR received via email
May 12th - Passport with visa received :)
Landed Jul 27th in Vancouver
