Hello All,

Pl guide me.

I was in US from 2005 to Oct 2009. I have all pay stubs/w2 for entire period. Because of market condition I came back to India on first week of Oct 2009. But somehow my employer generates my paystub till Nov 15 2009. The reason for pay-stub was they need to pay my expenses etc... In this way I was lucky. I applied for AINP H1b program in Feb 2009 and got File number in June 2009. As per AINP records, they received the application in March. which was quite weird. By this way, unfortnately I fall into a new category i.e. You must be working on H1b visa at the time of AINP take the decision.

On last week of Nov 2009, I received a request for pay stubs, 797, h1b visa and any change in job etc... I replied the same by sending pay stub/797/h1b visa through email. After that I have received the packet at USA address. Please note I do have arrangements to collect my post from US.

Now my questions is

a) How should I proceed from here? I'm in India. Should I inform to officer or should i asked my friend to send the packet from USA itself.

b) Do we need to go for personal interview at CIS. (in future)

Please advice!!
