I got a verification call from CHC this morning, it was more about the number of dependents and their DOBs and as to whether the medicals were completed or not? They didn't ask anything work or employer related. What does it mean?

Hi

This is not a verification call in the true sense of the 'word'.  What CHC has done is checking to confirm that you have done medicals, maybe because the time limit period is about to expire.  It could also be just to make sure that their records on your medical examination result is for the right person.

In short, the call is just a 'heads up' chat!
