Dear Senior lawyers and advisors:
I am H1B visa holder. I applied under h1B nomination program. My timeline is as follows:
sent application AINP: Feb 7
Ainp recieved: feb 9
file number recieved: march 20
File number XXXX XX X 116X
yesterday got a call from AINP
Office asked me to provide labor petition. I am a software tester and originally worked with Lockheed Martin and presently I am working with CACI as 2173. I don't have good relation with HR of lockheed martin and AINP officer needs the petition filed by Lockeed martin. Please help.....

IMO you should use the current labor petition and discuss the situation with AINP staff. |

You should have received a copy of your labor petition when you joined them. Have you changed you job? If yes, then get you latest Labour petition and submit that saying that yo uhave changed your job since applying. All the best.

You should have received a copy of your labor petition when you joined them. Have you changed you job? If yes, then get you latest Labour petition and submit that saying that yo uhave changed your job since applying. All the best.

Hotchick, Divagirl is right because same I did. They asked me petition papers so I was somehow able to get from recent employers and they were satisfied. |

I would suggest to make max. effort to provide AINP officer whatever document they ask for. I received the call from AINp and was not able to satisfy much the demand of officer. So, I am worried what I get in mail next month. Please try your best to get the petition from Lockheed Martin. or attach/forward the email from /Lockheed Martin in which they refuse to provide u with the letter....
