got 70 points from assesment tools

first of all greeting to all reader in this forum.
could anyone write from their own experiance that if the points CHC has calculated for them , have been come true as they calculated for themself, as I assessed myself in assesment tool, I scored myself 70 , but I am worry that they might give me less points then I have gained through assesment tools.I am from Afghanistan and want to know that if Islamabad CHC office accept Kabul's teacher training center certificate which is for 2 years pluse 12 years high schools as 14 years full time certificate. In addition, I want to know that I have graduated from Kabul University and have BA degree with16 year of full time study and scored myself 22, but I am concerned about my high school degree which has been lost due to the civil war in Afghanistan. as per ther rules ,no one can get into University without completing high school, my questions is that will they accept my BA degree as full time 16 years study.because 4 years are certified in the degree and I don' have any documents for 12 year of high school . will they ask me certificate for high school along with the BA degree, on the other hand I have scored myself 8 points for English language skills in moderate class, but I am not sure , that if I will get 6 in ILETS exam or not. once I have gone through inistution-Tofel test and got 475.
