goods to follow....how to go about it???? need help

Hi

can someone  who has recently landed/ planning to land for PR provide some information on the Goods to Follow list ?

What should be the level to which we need to provide the information ????
1....Should we include small Electronic Items like Chargers, Adapters, camera Etc..???
2.....Should we include each piece of Dress or a general heading - Dresses ?????
3......what about toiletries and cosmetics?????  will just the heading of soaps and cosmetics/perfumes suffice ???
4....  also regarding academic books??? do i have to list each book???
5......For providing the current value of items in CAD, what is the rule to be used ? (Example I have a 2 Year Old compaq Laptop. What should be the value in CAD)

Also is there a limit on the total CAD value for the Goods to Follow ?
