My friend and his wife are going to Canada and wondering about stuff that they will ship.  It's mostly their household items.  Do they need any forms to fill or will they be given one upon landing?

I heard customs could ask about price, brand, value and etc.  But how does customs deal one someone ships their used household items?

They complete a B4 for goods to follow and one for goods accompanying.  It is stamped at the POE when they arrive.  They show the stamped B4 when their goods arrive, so no taxes are paid.
