Goods to Follow Form

I landed in February and since then have made several trips back to the US to move my belongings. I also shipped some belongings via a freight company. For the freight shipment, I photocopied my B4 and gave it to the trucking company, which faxed it to customs. When I went to pick-up the shipment, the customs officer asked me to cross off the items included in this shipment on the faxed B4. I did as he said and didn't ask any questions. Problem is I now have 2 B4s, the original--which I have used to move goods across the border in my personal vehicle--and the faxed copy from the freight shipment. Should I be concerned about this?

No.
As long as you aren't trying to bring in anything that isn't on the list, they won't care.
