But on 21st i checked there was no decision made and on 26th it reflected decision made. and in between this dates i was not at home. if the courier has returned back what to do in that case.

I dont know anyone in canada, how to go further about it.. if you can guide please.

Don't worrdy dude. Registered post comes from New Delhi Visa office not from Canada. Postman keeps with them atleast for 3 to 4 days before sending back. So contact your postman and know status about ur registered post.

The good news is that with even less intake for 2011-2012, they will have more capacity with which to tackle pre-June-2010 applications.

in fact instead of believing you consultant and making the announcement; if you had tried to verify the same information here then you would have got all the inputs from the able forum members to assess the claims of your consultant...

But really in future you are much better quoting your source. If you'd been honest at the start and just said this was nothing more than a rumour from an immigration consultant - rather than sounding SOOO certain and telling everyone you would prove them wrong, then people would not feel so misled.
