Hi, friends.
I would like to get an undergraduate education, namely I am interesting in software engineering. Could you advise me some good
universities of technology which aren't in the large cities, because I am short of cash and living and studying there is too expensive for
me.

Best unis would be in large cities. U of Toronto, UBC Vancouver, McGill, Alberta, Waterloo.
Large cities may offer u more opportunities of work, e.g Vancouver is hosting Winter Olympics in 2010, so there would be plenty of part time, well paid jobs.
Studying in a good school is a chance of lifetime. If u can make to a good school, don't miss it.

I would suggest you do some research on Canadian Uni's first and decide which program you want then look into smaller cities in which have Universities. Windsor, Waterloo, Kitchener, Hamilton all in S.W. Ontario area - is not nearly as expensive as Toronto but they have good schools. Oshawa is an up and coming University it recently changed from a College to a University it can be expensive in that region though. Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick are Provinces in which the cost of living is much less than Vancouver or Toronto. Avoid the larger cities as they will cost big in rent etc., Hope that helps
