Good to follow- Clarification needed

Dear Friends

1) Is it mandatory to print B4E form in legal size 8.5" x 14"? or can we print it in letter size. The tab on the form says Choose "Choose legal size 8.5 inches x 14 inches

2) I am planning to cross border and return to USA immediately. I will be carrying a laptop and a mobile. Is it necessary I have to print a B4E form for these articles as good accompanying

I will appreciate a reply?

You can print A4 or A3 as per your convenience.

A cell phone and laptop need not be listed in B4. That is usually allowed without questioning. Better to carry it as a currently using item. I mean not  in its original commercial packing as brand new which may perhaps doubt  you are bringing it for sale or gift.
