Hi all,  the link below is a good reading materials.  It will give applicants & sponsor an idea how CIC and Visa Office process applications overseas.  It also discussed documents to support all applications; differences between marriage, conjugal relationships, conjugal partner, common law relationships etc.  The documents will give applicants some answers on what the visa office is looking for a genuine relationships.   Happy reading everyone.

thanks zzz. I just recently found out about the Operational Manuals and they are indeed a helpful resource. I recommend everyone going through the application process to read them.

This  link and resource should be bumped up and made part of a FAQ or something.
