someone got PPR yesterday from Buffalo

smallduck - one guy in our forum too got PPR request, his letter was dt. 1 April.

But Smallduck's VO is NY .
I think there is no connection between NY and Buffalo.
But let's Hope Buffalo give bunch of good news in April.

just noticed, his/her file was t/f to local consulate... so practically s/he not from Buffalo any more...
