Dear Narinder,
Today I came to from my Bank that my draft has been cashed on 18-06-09.

I have submitted all my documents, passport etc on 21/05/09 after our medicals on 20/05/09, as mentioned above & resent a new RPRF draft because of misspelling on 04/06/09 to CHC Delhi. I am still awaiting a response from CHC Delhi regarding my PR and passports.
As mentioned above my sons have received approval from Windsor University and other International Universities but we cannot proceed without the passports EVEN for student Visas.

My consultant in Canada is Dr. Sarabjit Kaur of Futureways immigration Consultancy, Toronto, ON, Member CSIC.
On consulting her, she said not to mention anything regarding admission to Windsor Univ. because then CHC Delhi might think that we are taking PR because of our SONS STUDIES in Canada.
As per your reply I should contact the Visa office & explain about my sons with the letter of acceptance from Windsor University. This has put me in quandary regarding my future course of action.
PLEASE ADVISE whether my informing the Visa Office about my sons admissions will help me or put my PR in jeopardy?

its near to 9 months after medicals for me and i m only left to receive ppr.

so what should i do now should i mail them regarding processing of my case or wait till next month as i  m left with only three months in my hand as far as visa validity is concerened

9 months is a long time. it would not be such a bad idea to mail them and cross-check... as such, if you have to wait 3 more months, they will be sending fresh medical request.

• what happens if I make mistakes in submitting final document s like I forget to submit few docs or I just submit notorised copies rather then transcripts in UNi sealed envelopes?
  

What is notory attested copies and how much is the cost of each copy to be notary attested in India?

•   Do I also have to submit my spouse work experience as we are not claiming for it.?
  

Is it true that I need to submit original bank certificate and IELTS marksheet ?

they ask for transcripts. if you send notarised copies, you're taking a chance. it may or may not work. i'd recommend transcripts

What is notory attested copies and how much is the cost of each copy to be notary attested in India?
o to any court, there'll be several Notary lawyers sitting in an aroung the court campus. You can find a few outside a tehsil office, passport office and any other place where there's regular requirements of affidavits and oaths. Typically, they'll take Rs. 10 a page. But, you can negotiate a bulk discount.

since, you have shown her experience in schedule 1, it's advisable to give her experience docs as well to prove the point. It also reflects good on adaptability. the officer has a lot of discretionary powers

IELTS -Yes... Bank Certificates.. Bank sealed prints or notarised copies will do

but last week i got my passport back without visa but they accepted landing fee and asked me to wait.

heelo frns,
today i received my passports with visa.
my time linesis
applied 08/08
received letter for updates; 19th jan09
send documents:31st march 09
received letter for rprf passports n schedule 1 for spouse: 3rd may 09
send all with sch.3 for spouse: 15th may
received medicals alongwith passports: 2nd june
got medicals done n send passports:5th june
finally recuved visa: today i.e. 25th june 2009.
so just be positive n believe in allmighty all will be fine. n mr. sethi like urs ther was mistake in medicals form of my wife but i inform the embassy n proceed wth medicals n today got the visa.
