Yes I had given IELTS in Feb month. I got 7 band each.  My online status for both new file no. ( received frm New Delhi cic) and old ( Sydney) are not working. I dont know why.. but it might work after few days. I will then update you.

I applied on 9th Feb 2009 in Category1 (FSW), Actually I applied on 4th Jan 2009 but due to insufficient fees they returned my application back. on 9th Feb. I created DD for the rest amount and sent back the docs on same day.
Recieved AOR on 14th March sent by CIC Sydney
Submitted all supporting docs to CIC New Delhi. on 21st March.
Today received AOR + medical request + landing fee + travel forms  all in one request

I was eagerly waiting for my AOR for last 40 days but it is my good luck that I received everything in one go. I am confident that everyone who have applied under new rules will get same response. Good luck to all of you.

No I dont have work permit, but a couple of yrs back I went thr  (for 2 months) for offical work but that visa WX -1 WORKER had expired already.

I have no job offer. I applied in FSW Category 1.

Kindly let me know what is meaning of 'Complete attached travel form for both me and my spouse'?? Do you have to inform CIC, New Delhi office your Canada travel Plan( for Landing) in advance??

They are asking your passort now means they will stamp your passport here in India then after your have to fly to canada for Landing?? Please correct me.

Travel form were basically to get the details of all countries you and your spouse travelled and purpose. There was one more form and invitation for seminar to be held in New Delhi which ask for details of your professional qualifications to provide job guidence and other useful infromation.

They asked for passport is probably for stamping only. Seniors know better.

Today I have completed my medical formalities and sent all docs to New Delhi CIC office which includes Landing fees, Travel Form, Passports and the letter sent by them. Doctor said, they will send medical report by Friday.

I inquired to post office but they say speed post is not possible since address in P.O Box.

Can we send documents through courier or what other method

Is it possible to personally go there and drop off document in P.O. Box

I also received letter from New Delhi, asking for one document which i need to submit

Hi Hardik,

Yes we can use courier. I used courier service for sending supporting documents to New Delhi. And for passports they have said to use secure mail only.

Hi,

My major concern is CHC ND asking for passports as this stage. What is someone has to travel abraod and prefers getting in-person stamping done instead of sending passports.

This would become a major show-stopper fr me... My application was rcvd on 22 Apr 09 at CIC, NS... looking at the trends, I'm expecting AOR from NS by end of May...

I may have to travel to the US for 5-6 months in the May...

Please guide me, friends...
