You have resubmitted your landing fees around 9 may right??
It is  been more than 15 days..have u seen ur current status..is it still in progress..
the intial reply for ur passport and medical came in a gap of 10-15 days..thats really fast..so seems like u will be getting ur visa soon...

Dear Friends,

Today I received my AOR from New Delhi CIC office ( applied under new rules on Feb, 2009) along with that I have been give 45 days to submit following:
1. Right of Permanent fee
2. Medicals
3. Complete attached travel form for both me and my spouse
4. Passports.

For 4th point they have written: request for your passport at this time is not a guarantee of visa issuance.

First of all Congrats..

I am also applying from New Delhi under FSW category. But as I read in the Instruction guide that Application Forms would be sent to Sydney. Where id u sent???

Also please tell me what other docuemnts you attached apart from the Application Forms and Draft.

Yes, I sent to Sydney. Below are additional requirements:

• A photocopy of your passport biodata page - principle applicant only
• 2 self addressed mailing lables one in english and other one in offical language (i.e hindi)

Its not rent agreement, it is simple lables than contain your address ( CIC Sydney will use it while posting back reply to you)

Yes cool_sikh it is still in Process. I dont know how many days its gonna take. So waiting desperately. Thanks for your wishes and hope you too will hear soon.

Harman, thanks for sharing. But did you send DD for RPRF fee. Because I have sent DD. And as of Monday it was not cashed that I confirmed from bank. Please reply..
