Hi , I mailed to hrdc (noc ) canada and they replied me that my NOC code would be 4131. Its a good news for me . Now i am going to apply .
                                                     I am a vocational teacher and have more than 4 year experience.I want to know which  is the fastest mailing service from india to send documents to sydeny and should i sent payment thro' credit card or dd .plz help

DHL or Fedex. I am sure Nippon also works in Canada, give them call one by one and try to figure out, which one is best and fast for you.

You have now option for pay by credit card, you need to send your credit card information like number etc, I have no personal experience as its recently accepted method, But definitely, it will be quick method to pay then DD. You can also check online your card any time if CIC charged your credit card or no. Good luck

I am not sure but I think you may use somebody other's Credit card to pay for your fees as the Form has asked separately for the names of the card holder and the main applicant.

Can any senior comment on that or anyone who has paid with other's credit card?

The Form 5620 E says:

" I agree to pay The Reciever General for Canada CAD XXX on my credit card for fees related to an pplication for Permanent Residence

Name of the Card Holder

Name of the Principal Applicant"
