Hi everybody, I really feel sorry to inform you that I have received refusal letter from CIC office in Nairobi.

Despite my sending the academic document to inform their office that I have graduated with Master's Degree, they have overlooked to update it on their final assessment.

Besides this, I tried to communicate with the CIC office in Nairobi repetitively but they couldn't respond to me on time

Moreover it is clearly depicted in the CAIPS file that they have received copy of my MSC degree before they actually perform this assessment.

They didn't mention anything in the letter except making the assessment based on my previous educational status which is of course BSC degree.

If they had updated my educational status, I would have got some additional points which would maximize their acceptance of my case.

Im sorry to hear this my friend. i hope you can find the time and reapply. i want to ask you one question. How many points did you get from your experience, and what is your profession?

Once again pls find the time to reapply,it is really worth it.
