good day everyone;


next yr im finish my 2yrs contract and i dont know what to do about my situation i need to stay in the philippines for 3months to get married and im planning before i leave here im going to apply my open permit but they said i cant do that what should i do pls help me.....

i wanna come back here my employer is welling ko sign another contract with me for another 2 yrs just to come back here.......

hope someone and somebody here can help and teach me what to do

what do mean open work permit in what category are you applying? Yes you can go home vacation for 3 months as long as when you want to come back you have a new valid workpermit and re enrty visa. And a letter from employer stating they need your services including your vacation period.
Renew your LMO, contract and work permit before you go vacation to be safe.

my visa will expired 2013 ang my working permit is valid until aug.2012 and also my contract too... is that ok to extend our contract tell december next yr what should i do first? please help me

when do you plan to go vacation and when you are you going to finish your 24 months contract. to re new you work permit same employer you need to read this link and apply 3 - 4 months before it expires.

im planning my vacation 2nd week of august until 2nd week of october.... finish my 24month is may cause im working fulltime and my working permit expired on august next yr.... same employer she's reneuing our contract again anothe 2yrs....is that ok if i pass my PR application and it ok too to include my husband to be since im getting married .... pleas help me thank you so much

hi is your visa in your passport is multiple or single entry?
You can start submitting you wp renewal in March or April next yr. So before you go home on vacation you have valid wp. With regards to your visa if its a multiple entry you dont need to renew.

thanks for your help so helpfull to me... what is i submit by march how long is the process to i need to show my money that i can come back here any other documents or paper's to present? so if i do that when i came back here i can apply for PR or just temporary resident?
