Sorry, was not near a computer the last few days. I'll tell her that too heh.
One week from today and I'm off. She saw a ring she likes (I'm in trouble hehe). I'm well past excited now, but that's also a lot of travel to get there and back, I'll be a zombie for days when I return heh.

We have Facebook Forum for Canadian spouses, most members are from these forum too. @ Tigerlilly & SandJ, are you already a member? @ rick: let your wife join she will get a lot of advises there is it ok if i also join your facebook forum for canadian spouses....please give me the link... btw my husband is also from saskatchewan, he's from moose jaw 30 to 40 minutes drive from regina.... |

Since you are talking about ring and I am sure it has diamonds with it, bring the certificate (from the jewelry shop). My husband was advised to bring it but nobody from the Canadian airport was asking for it. Anyways, you have nothing to lose if you bring it Enjoy your trip!!! If you love the beach and you like to scuba dive or snorkel, visit Panglao, Bohol |

I'm a certified diver, and we were going to go visit family in Bohol, but that plan is put aside, we'll likely just chill out in CDO. Less than a week to go!

Keep all proof of this trip for the application: photos, plane tickets, boarding passes, entry and exit stamps in passport, hotel/restaurant receipts, receipts and tickets from other activities. If you get engaged, have a little party to celebrate it. When you meet her family and friends, get photos of you with them, and note down the date you met. All these things are asked for in the application. |

i agree. i forgot to keep our boarding pass and ticket when we went to boracay. all that's left are pics. go to boracay. nice place |
