Going for LSBF & STOUF...? Read This.... and pray for all Muslim Brothers

BROTHER thats not fair, LSBF is refunding TUITION FEE ONLY IN CASE KHUDA NA KHAWASTA BURI AI HO KISI KI AUR US KA VISA REFUSE HO JAYE WOH BHI EMBASSY Ki tarah sy, o.w they wont return, and if its rejected by CHC ( ANY CHC) they are bound to return your fee after deducting the admission charges( i think its 200 plus money transfer i think 30 to 35 CAD) but for that you have to send them few docs like

* SCANNED COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT FIRST two pages plus the one with stamp
* Letter of Refusal
* Your Original Receipt of Fee
* and might be some thing
but they will return u

Other then this, if you sent an application to with draw, then you are obviously gone with all your amount

Now, the fee structure, i dont think so that colleges are accepting students w.o paying tuition fee
same with LSBF and others, its not possible that they will issue u a letter based on your registration and then you may pay it right after your arrival,lollz, sounds weird, since embassy concerns will directly inquire about you from your college/uni, so in case a fake letter, banned for the rest of his life plus other serious penalty like possibility of document endorsement forever...


now
those who paid their fee in advance, a plus point for them is they are secure since they are going through proper channel

* dont worry buddy, LSBF is the only college having Second intake offering you a total of almost 5000 CAD discount for all 14 papers

total 4950 x 2 = 9900 CAD out of 14 K

and its very good opportunity for those who are not able to pay a half of the fee almost equal to 6500 to 7500
so normally students applying with 2200 cad to 4950 cad in between, jin ki pasli ziada hai they paying more
i paid 3450 for 9 papers, and thats enough for my case

yar jitna socho gay utna hi dimagh out ho ga, better for students to stay busy with routine work, INSHALLAH every thing will be fine  and ALLAH surely gona elp us

see,,,,,, while studying on lsbf, u cannot get pr, work permit, sin card etc
for that u have to study government college.
so when students come here, they want to change the college.
so if students is in lsbf they will not refund the fees in term of changing college.

so i talked about changing college, not in term of refusing visa.
hope u got it.

and for ur kind information, some of my friend took admission in lsbf and even they got rejected, they could not get refund.
Now what they can do???

nice party...M also coming there in a month INSHALLAH...got my visa...yar what about accomodation?i mean kuch setting karona...n ya tel me about some jobs...is it easy to find a job or nt?

jobs depend on ur luck and hard work but averagely its 50-50
for accomodation, best website is Kijiji.ca to find a room in ur desire area.

TANI, Retail JObs are the best one u can earn upto 8 to 10 Dollars an hour
rest those having F& B Experience will surely INSHALLAH get good perks with cash salary plus tips
apart from this, office jobs, are most demanded in all areas
sales is not appreciated since you need to move out side,
same with marketing
kfc pizza hutt hardees sub ways and so many others are first targets how ever students done their own as per their capacity

now the main concern is getting visa, if one is having then other options are there
never mind, no one will be able to get canadian visa only in 5000 CAD

if you dont mind also provide his details when did he applied at LSBF and based on what condition he got his refusal.....quite anxious to know it...

oh brother u know my overall expenses were 1200 dollars included ticket.
250 dollars for college registration
1000 pkr for embassy
3500 pkr for medical
and 80 thousand for ticket.
thats it
U still did not got my point.
u said taht u can change college once u r in canada.
i am saying that if u already pay fees like 3000 dollars and u want to chnage college.
its ok u can change but ur 3000 will waste.

he applied in last november.
his refusal reason was bank statement.
and after getting refuse lsbf asked that we are not responsible for bank statement.

UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SECTION IT'S CLEARLY STATED THAT

If a visa application is refused on the grounds that the student failed to provide necessary documents, demonstrate adequate financial support or other reasons for which the student is accountable, the School accepts no responsibility to refund under section 5.The student is held responsible if the visa application has been made late and their LSBF enrolment has already processed.

Thats under fraud case...any any reason causing your refusal under fraud case will be the one no one take responsibility of
if you got a refusal based on fraud or any other thing related to fake documents, u will not get visa

u know if u took admission in government college, they refund even after 3 months because they wrote that they will refund the fees. thats all
they never ask for details.

anyways, decision is urs brothers.
