Going back home on vacation

I am on the caregiver program me for  11 months now & i want to go to Jamaica ( home town) for a vacation, do you know what i need to take with me? or will there be any problems for me to get back in Canada on my return? help me please i really need to visit home but i don't want to go back home and can't enter back in Canada.

1.  You will need a valid TRV (visitor visa) your work permit and letter from your employer to re-enter Canada.

If you have valid multiple re-entry visa, you don't have to apply. If not, you have to apply for trv visa before you leave canada.
