There are two boxes for writing given name,,,,,,i have finished in one box,,,can i write n/a in the 2nd box?  ? Pls reply..... |

Background Declaration Document: 2 boxes for given name/s = Just 1 box dont put N/A on the other. You can have 2 first/given names like. Miguel Anghel Cotto so put the Miguel then Anghel on the second. or Mary Anne Magallanes. hth |

there are 2 boxs for GIVEN NAME supppose my name is rtym gfhfy hdjjdj in given name box 1...i wll write gfhfy in given name box 2... wll write hdjjdj is this a right way or i will write in a box and left another 1 blank. senoir members pls clearify? ??// |

I just literally followed CICs instructions. I didn't try to make any meaning out of the instructions. The instruction asks us not to leave any box blank. So, made sure the other 'first name' box is not blank. I used my first name in the first given name and the second one I entered N/A.

If i write n/a in blank box ,,,,,it would be my name with n/a,,,,
What we should do,,,,,write dash (-) in the blank box for given name
Any exp member,,,pls clearfy...
