I searched about this topic and did not find an answer. Is there a phone number for Case Processing Centre:
Mississauga, Ontario ? I am sending application via UPS to:

Courier address:
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8
Fax: 905-803-7392

But UPS asked for phone # of the processing center or else they are saying that custom will/might hold it.  Please give me suggestion on what to do. I really want to track our shipping. Any advice ?

Thanks you all.

UPS is not very flexible, nor is Canadian customs.  UPS tells you they need the number but in reality they would never use it - UPS will contact the sender if they have a delivery issue - not the receiver.  Canadian customs will not contact by phone.  Simply give them the CIC's 800 number.

I think that is logical. Thanks

You can just put the fax # as the phone # as I don't see it being a big deal.

Zainee,

I gathered as you and your hubby are both from the States that you are using the US postal service [USPS] for the mail...is it correct? OR are you using UPS ?

In either case, there is no public phone number per se that is published. However, since it's for tracking purposes, I would use the 1-888-242-2100 OR 1-613-944-4000 [if they absolutely, positively have to have a phone number :-). Some ppl also use the fax number that you have also listed.]

Good Luck :-)
