my girl friend who is a fillipino and she is pregnant she is on temporary permit in canada and i came back to india for some family problem im a student in canada and intend to go back once i recieve my pr what are my obligations towards my girlfriend if i dont intend to marry her
can she file a case against me in canada on a temporary permit
i was not aware of her pregnancy till i came back to india
can she deliever in canada without getting deported

I think this is way beyond the scope of this forum . . . but hopefully you'll do the right thing by your child, even if you don't want to marry his/her mother, and regardless of whether or not she can "file a case against you" while in Canada with only temporary status.  I feel sorry for her.

Married Sept '06 after 4 yr LDR.  Applied via outland ap in March 2007 -  refused Jan '08 due to inadmissible adult "dependent child".  Appeal filed Jan '08; still waiting for resolution.

1.  No she won't get deport for having a child in Canada.
2.  You are probably going to be on the "hook" for child support for the next 19 years.

You should think more about how you will take care of your child than if the gf can file a case against you.  You are not obligated to marry her but you are obligated to take care of your child, legally and morally.
