A question about moving to Canada from the USA, which may have been mentioned but am a bit confused. Can I bring all of my items via Uhaul across the border (from USA to Canada), if I get approved by Immigration Canada. Or will I have to go through a process? I know all of the items you take on the truck need to be documented on paper, and clearly written out on the boxes/containers. But is there anything else we should look into, just to be safe?

Hi,

You have to prepare the B4 form.
Marking the boxes are better to finish the job fast. Perhaps it could be a random check at the border, depending the mood of the officers on duty.

For more details Call BIS :

From outside of Canada (long-distance charges apply):

(204) 983-3500 or (506) 636-5064
office hours (08:00 - 16:00) local time,

you can speak directly to an agent.
