Hi all,
I am getting married. I am Canadian citizen. My girlfriend is Chinese citizen who is a registered nurse in China now. I am working in US currently on a TN work visa. (My company renewed my TN this January.)
I have the following questions need your help:
1) How soon my wife becomes a Canadian citizen?
2) She is going to apply TD visa in China and then go to US directly; does this affect her Canadian immigration application?
3) When is the best time for her to apply Canadian immigration? Before marriage or after? Or in USA or  while I am in China?
4) Should we report our marriage to some office in Canada government?
5) We are planning to register our marriage in China. What kind of documents I needed from Canada and where to get them?

Try browsing this site...www.cic.gc.ca
It will give you lots of information and you can download the forms rightaway.
