Dear Sir,

I seek your kind advice pertaining to the following :

I'm a Canadian PR,got a job in one of the Canadian companies,but my assignment is to be in a different country (not Canada) but representing the Canadian company,is my service with this co. outside Canada is like physical presence in Canada? means if I carry on working with this company overseas for 3 years,I will be entitled to apply for citizenship?
Pls. advise if there are any implication.

1.  No, citizenship requires physical presence.
2.  You better ensure that the company meets the Immigration definition of a Canadian company, before you put your PR status in jeopardy  Start at page 16 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/enf/enf23-eng.pdf  for the information that you will require to prove it is a Canadian company.
