Since my wife left with my children, & going to get a separation on Monday, its highly unlikely she will sponsor me.

Regardless of visitation/access rights that i should be entitled to, i will have nothing to live off in Canada, will be be forced to go home or face being homeless with no income.

When i originally entered Canada, i was still inadmissable (i wasn't asked at entry). - I have to convictions on my record
In the meantime, i am clear as its 10.5 years since the end of my driving ban.

An added complication is that my restoration of status application is approx 130 days off. (within the 90 days)

If i leave, could i have problems getting back into Canada to visit the children?
