Getting back in Canada.

I sent off a visitor visa extension and it got refused. So I sent off another one, however I sent the other one off while my 6 month visa was still valid.
So, if they refuse me again, I will go back home, but if i wanted to come back into Canada, would there be any issues because I'm already in the computers and systems saying that I was refused before.
