hi
i applied on 26 april 2011.......my file got accepted in new delhi on 12 july 2011...........and ppr and pcc request on 12 aug 2011.......and i send the passport on 25 aug,2011...........as i had an removal order on me which is turned into deportation order............so anyone can suggest what will be next.........once passport is send do they call for interview...........and how much time likely they gonna take for arc

Hi,
Don't worry as you have already submitted passport. In rare instances the VOs calls for interview even after PP request. Any how, you have to wait and see till the middle of September. Good luck.

ya man they gonna ask u for interview for sure....
once u approved in interview then they gonna ask u for the fee for ARC... they arrange ARC themselves n send visa with it according to procedure,,, that what they told me!!!!!!!!!
so don't wry sunny...

hi..............wat questions did they asked u in the interview..........and they called u for an interview after u send ur passport
...........i m very nervous abt that arc issue man...............i hope everything will go fine

ya sunny they ask me alot actually...
they first send m passport request after 20 days they send m letter for interview....
i don't think ARC is big think until we have any criminal record in canada....

Hi i'm new in this forum. I had a failed refugee status so i was removed from canada.But i was married in canada and I have baby also . Lawyer suggested me its better to do the overseas application beacause my PRRA was refused before I got married. So I started the overseas process in mid of April 2011. The sponsorship was approved in May and the file was transfered to CHC . 3rd june delhi CHC receieved my file and Aug 11,2011. they called me for an interview. My interview went well and officer told me that he is gonna send me letter to do DNA test for me and my baby and later I have to do the ARC. Till now I didn't receive any letter from CHC. When I came back from Canada I didn't get departure certificate.Pls someone suggest me what should I do?

i m also confused abt that departure certificate issue.........actually canada issue departure certifiactes but these new delhi airport people dont give us.............i dont know y......but this is the truth......and if visa officer told u that they gonna send u a letter to do DNA test then just wait for it or get it done without obtaining that letter bcos when they send u the letter u will be ready with ur DNA TEST REPORT.........it will just help u in speeding ur process......bcos ARC will also take some time.

i don't think ND need ur departure certificate...
as on m interview they didn't ask me, they jst said i need ARC so i need to pay the fee..
so don't wry abt it...

nothing on ECAS, it jst showing 'IN PROCESS+ MEDICAL RECIEVED'
BUT ya i got there letter last week in which its written thay got my MONEY DRAFT which i made for ARC...
THEY also send m the reciept for it...
now m still waiting for m passport with visa + ARC...
let c when it came... as from last thursday m address is vanished on m ECAS!!!!

Dear yug did they send you the letter to do the ARC ? Did you filled any form for ARC? Did you write any letter stated that why they allow you to return to Canada?...... the reason i'm asking you all those question because my lawyer in canada told me that all those process is to do the ARC... and he was charging me $5000 just to do ARC. I can't afford that much money now so i decided to do it by my self.In my whole process the immigration corresponnence was with my lawyer via e-mail. I had an interview on Aug11,2011 and after one week I update my mailing address and told immigration that my lawyer is not repersenting me anymore pls remove his all contact information. Now i'm little worried that may be CHC is sent the e-mail to do the next step to my lawyer and he is not telling me. What should I do from here? Pls let me know.

if ecas is not showing ur address that means u will be getting a good news soon........anyways did u made the ARC draft in cad or rupees.......
@ karan
there is one form that u hav to fill it up if u have to cancel ur representative authorisation......if have done that than dont worry CHC will not contact him..........but if ur file has reached delhi than for all the further requirements like passport, pcc or other add docs. they will contact u for sure not ur representative............the only thing u cant do urself to get update on ur file is email or fax ...bcos that can only be done by your autorized representative.........so dont worry my friend.....believe in your god! he will do the rest....!!!!!

i m not sure but i have heard that once the address is deleted from ecas.......something is send to dispatching deptt. of embassy.........bcos they put our addreses on ecas only to make sure that there r no changes reqd. in that...........anyways..........lets c ......best of luck
