Get PR visa in NY Consulate but PR issued by Buffalo Consulate

Is it possible to go in person and get the PR visa stamped in NY Consulate when your PR visa has been issued by Buffalo consulate?

Hi ,

I would like to share my experience related to in person to get the PR Visa.

I got it on the same day in Los Angeles consulate office.
