If your work experience is more in human resources, I think you're under the 1121 NOC (see this link) http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=1&val1=1121&val65=*
Unfortunately NOC 1121 is not in the present 29 NOC list in the FSW Program which means you're not eligible to apply.

Hi ROCANG

Apart from 1121 you also check

Psychologists(NOC 4151)
Psychologists assess and diagnose behavioural, emotional and cognitive disorders, counsel clients, provide therapy and research and apply theory relating to behaviour and mental processes. Psychologists help clients work toward the maintenance and enhancement of physical, intellectual, emotional, social and interpersonal functioning. Psychologists work in private practice or in institutions such as clinics, correctional facilities, hospitals, mental health facilities, rehabilitation centres, community service organizations, businesses, schools and universities, and government and private research agencies.

Included job titles: clinical psychologist, experimental psychologist, psychological associate, psychologist, research psychologist.

Based on above details you can match your responsibilities and decide.

If ever the NOC 4151 Psychologist fits your work experience then you're eligible for the FSW Program. But you should provide an Employment Certificate enumerating your job descriptions similar to this signed by your boss. Employment Certificate is a very critical requirement in your application as if it's your bread and butter. Smiley

From your Previous employer (boss or manager), if you already resigned from their company.
