If your work experience is more in human resources, I think you're under the 1121 NOC (see this link) http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=1&val1=1121&val65=*
Unfortunately NOC 1121 is not in the present 29 NOC list in the FSW Program which means you're not eligible to apply.

Included job titles: clinical psychologist, experimental psychologist, psychological associate, psychologist, research psychologist.

If ever the NOC 4151 Psychologist fits your work experience then you're eligible for the FSW Program. But you should provide an Employment Certificate enumerating your job descriptions similar to this signed by your boss. Employment Certificate is a very critical requirement in your application as if it's your bread and butter.
