But are you currently residing in India? VO for processing of application is the country where you are now with lawfully for example as a citizen, resident, student, worker etc, . So you could be an Indian resident living in UK, Australia, France etc. So indicate the Visa Office in your current country. Thus VO will be London, Sydney or Paris respectively ...Mandie
