On this form, in the second section "Principal Applicants Personal Details" Q13 (b) asks "Date on which you entered into a common-law relationship"... is this the final day of our first year living together, qualifying us as common-law? Or are they asking me when we started dating? We lived together from 11/1/2011 to 10/1/2012... so I'm putting 10/1/2012 as my answer?

I assume it's the former, but I want to be sure. Thank you kindly:-)

11/1/2011 because you entered into the common-law relationship, i.e. began living together in the capacity of a couple in a romantic relationship where you combined your affairs, on that date.
