generic application form for canada....plz help

hi everyone, in this application they ask my sister in law to place the barcode in the top of all applications and supporting documents , should i have put the bar code in her husband paper also or just hers

whoever is the principal applicant has to fill the generic application form...that is only one form has to be filled by the principal applicant and the spousal and dependent info would be included in that form ..so u have only one barcode paper to put in the top of the application.
