I am the primary applicant and me and my husband is applying for immigration...i have 2 questions regarding "Generic application form for canada":

1- As i am the primary applicant, will i mention about my husband in the 'dependent' part? i have no kids yet..or should i remove the dependent part?

2-I previously had nikkah that lasted 10 months..i just had nikkah and not rukhsati..will my previous relationship type be 'common-law' or 'married'?

Plz help..thanks..

You have to fill up column 13 and dependent for your husband............and your status is married.........
