Generic Application Form For Canada : Photograph

Hi, I am applying to MPNP; i have filled the new format of Generic Application Form for Canada , it has no place for photograph. Does the new format require photograph or not and also should i send the original form to MPNP office or its copies ?

Did you apply online or by mail? For us, we applied by mail (general stream) and we pasted our ID picture in a clean paper and then submitted it with our application. Paper application requires submission of photograph, I just don't know if its online.

i am also applying for General stream, that is what i was thinking; i will mail my application to friend with photographs and if the office need it they will ask for it and if didn,t that is also good. Any news regarding your application ?

Just stick your photograph in a paper, write your name and birthday under it and submit it with your application. I think MPNP wants to see our beautiful faces . That's what we did and we have just received our LOA on March 9, 2012. Good luck on your application.

thats what i did : lol , i send my pics with my application if they need it they will look at it.

So do we have to submit photographs with the IM0008 Generic forms?
