full-time or full-time equivalent studies
As per international Education law Secondary School mean 10 years of Education, if you look on the statement Completed at least 12 years full time Studies, Even in Canada 12 years mean High School, after that you need to study for 4 years to complet your graduation, am i right? please put some more lights on it
