Ya nothing has started. No this is not one page the whole GCMS is 14 page. But rest of the page have my details like name,address,passport no and about fees and the date when they issued 2nd AOR . Like nothing interesting .. all I know. On December 2 ,2010 they move my file from CAIPS to GCMS and from then they didn't even touch my file. There is no date of 2011 . Like they forget about it. Just the assignment due date is November 2 , 2012 . There is something about Ministerial Instruction which is not started . I don't know what they mean about this? Thats it .

They have tons of applications on their hands now.
you will surely see an outcome before the due date written on your GCMS.

Qorax just confirmed in another thread that due date is actually the timeframe they have locked in the system for ur app to be concluded....
