Hello,

My conjoint of 34 years has finally sent (and was received by immigration) her application along with the fee on July 22nd of this year. I am sponsoring her. I am retired and she is also. I am 69 and she is 66. We both get our pensions. I sponsored her in the family category which includes conjoints. I would appreciate someone who could tell me how long she will have to wait. Also, may she visit Canada while her application is being processed? She is co-owner of a house with me in Quebec. Actually, she has been living in Canada since 2001, and departs for the U.S. approximately every 3-4 months to visit her sister. A response at your earliest convenience would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your attention.
