Hello everybody,

I have a question. What is or will be the CHC attitude towards the NOC not in the new list, but were in the old list. Will they consider them at par with the new list NOC or will they be strict on them.

Your apps get locked-in (once u receive the AOR) based on the rules in-force @ that time. Subsequent/future changes in rules/immig.laws do not affect your case processing.

Thanks for the reply.

My concern is that the visa officers might be looking at the file with old NOC more closley to find any error or omission to make the ground for rejection, which they might be overlooking before.
