funds to land

I have funds in Citibank in India. As i am immigrating with my wife and am supposed to carry $ 13000. I am carrying 6000 in cash and rest I am keeping in citibank. Can I show those funds via ATM access when I land in Toronto.

if funds are in CAN$ and can be accessed in canada. Then Yes. You must be brave to carry 6000 cash, i wouldnt risk that. Good luck.
