Funds problem.....

I have applied for AINP Family stream. There requirment was that I or my scouncer show 15000$ in bank. My Sponcer has done that but there is other requirment say the you must fill the fedral immigration file for fund. which is saying i have to show 12000$ in a bank from last 3 months. I have done that as well but the account which i am showing is a joint account with my mothers name. I have called Alberta office and they told me that joint account will work but the tital of the joint account is in my mothers name. I have prepared from bank saying that the account is a joint account with my name and my mothers name on it. I also created a new account in which i also arranged another 12000$ but that account is a new account so i cant use the account till next 3 months. So what i did is that I sent my joint account to the ANIP and i will wait for my account to get older then three months then i wil send my other account too. But at the moment i need money from which account should i draw the money from. Processing time for ANIP family stream is more then 3 years so i think till now i can paly with my accounts is it true.Am i doing the right thing.
