Bro, I honestly feel you should not touch that amount. Try to manage for a few more months.  They are very particular that the funds must not be borrowed, or belong to someone else. Now, if you deposit a huge amount out of the blue and then withdraw it after applying and then re-deposit it incase they ask, they are bound to beleive that you have borrowed it just for immigration purpose.

Visa officers know for a fact that a lot of people borrow loan, just to show proof of funds....just be careful..

On a lighter note, so you want withdraw frm bank to purchase CAR AND WIFE .  lol, just quoting your typo bro

I second maran 1976, you are absolutely right. Visa officers can request bank statement anytime again during the application process. If they see there is huge difference in current balance and average balance over the period of six month, you are in big trouble, unless you prove the source of your income.

no need to keep that money in the bank, as i have already used my money and purchased a home back in Pakistan, the time i will travel i will have again asked money (from my savings till that date) and it is true they never mentioned to block that money for a certain period, in case they ask you can arrange from here there , usually they are not strict with it they give another chance to POF.

Yes Dear I have purchased a car for  me and for my wife, I dam care if Canadian VO refuses due to such reason. He must know that whole world is facing  recession and how one can manages 20 to 22 laks in saving account and one will keep on waiting for years till immigration is alotted. I think they are playing funny game with immigrants they make them suffer from panic process and keep them in isolation and deprivation so that when immigrant reach in Canana he/she my be used of inderpresure in Canadian Govt.
