I have some query about my canadain Immigration process.
As you may remember I have submitted my final Docs to UK office in Octrober 2010 till then i have no inofiration updated  for 2nd AOR.
I have blocked my 20 laks in saving account, I have sold my car _ my wifes car, my other daily usage assessories, I am suffering a lot I can not live without such things, I think Canadian process would take more time for years, now I want to withdraw my amount from bank and want to purchase car and wife, becuase we both are facing lot of trouble while goining to jobs and picking out children from school.
Me and my wife can not offered Rikshas and Texis for long time.
I will deposit amount in bank when they will ask me about statement.
Please suggest.

Thanks

Hi Murtuza,

I suggest you to withdraw funds and back to regular life.

When they ask you the funds again ( pray that they will not ask and you will give ur medical directly), try to arrange here and there temporarily.

Lets Seniors also advise on this.

Dear murtazaabbasi ,

Sorry to hear about your suffering. Accept it as a "rehearsal" for your fight to survive  in Canada for first 1-2 years. I suggest you not to withdraw any money from the bank. If you withdraw and redeposit at the time of taking the statement, you have to submit past 6 months bank statement. If the VO notices that there is large sum of money is deposited just for the sake of statemnt, you will be trouble. You have show the source, and prove that the money is not borrowed. However, you can withdraw small amount for your daily needs    @    50000 to 1 lakh, which will not make much difference and it will be easy for you to redeposit at the time you need to submit the statement.

You are corrent, but I can prove my VO at the time of statement that I had geniun  problem that is why I got the money withdrawn from bank and redeposited , anyways they sometimes do not ask for statement,  I may be the person one of them.
Pray for me, thanks

Their Document clearly shows that an applicant needs to have required funds at the time of application and when ever they ask for it again. there s no indication they want you to keep the whole amount in bank for the whole duration of application process. but they want to be sure this money is your s and your s only..................

now I want to withdraw my amount from bank and want to purchase car and wife,

Bro, I honestly feel you should not touch that amount. Try to manage for a few more months.  They are very particular that the funds must not be borrowed, or belong to someone else. Now, if you deposit a huge amount out of the blue and then withdraw it after applying and then re-deposit it incase they ask, they are bound to beleive that you have borrowed it just for immigration purpose.

Visa officers know for a fact that a lot of people borrow loan, just to show proof of funds....just be careful..

On a lighter note, so you want withdraw frm bank to purchase CAR AND WIFE .  lol, just quoting your typo bro

Hi Murtuza,

I had seen one post where Qorax had said that 75% of the funds should be stable. It means 25% you can do turnover.

Still confirm with Qorax.

Dear Murtaza,

no need to keep that money in the bank, as i have already used my money and purchased a home back in Pakistan, the time i will travel i will have again asked money (from my savings till that date) and it is true they never mentioned to block that money for a certain period, in case they ask you can arrange from here there , usually they are not strict with it they give another chance to POF.
