Hi everyone Smiley

I am applying for Masters at Memorial University from Pakistan, My uncle is sponsoring me; he is US National and he is taking my funding responsibility. So can anyone tell me that is it ok if show my uncle's bank-statement when I apply for the visa or I must show my bank-statement?

I sent mail to Canadian Embassy and they replied me back that "Please be advised that there is no bar on  US citizen for sponsoring your education."

Is there anyone who can guide me.

Thanking you in advance.

Hi,

For sponsorship you need;

    1.   One reference letter (good if it's on an official letter head) showing,
-   Sponsor occupation
-   Relationship to you
-   Number of dependent they have!
-   Full Contact details.
-   One letter from the Sponsor's employer (on a letter head) showing;
       1. Employer contact details.
       2. Business address.
 * In case your possible sponsor lives abroad thn you also need;

        1. Passport copy with Visa status.
        2. SIN number/Identity card, if any.
        3. ITR details.
        4. Bank statement

Thanks a lot sir.

My uncle will be responsible for all my expenses; from travel to living expenses to paying university fees, he can fully sponsor me and will that be ok for visa or I should bear my expenses and the sponsor will only limited to pay fees?

Hi,

1. To be on a safe side, you may like to work on this (It's NOT a rule only a suggestion).

Hi,

1. I am sure you are not confused with CAD 2,000 as a tuition fee for a Master program. You can pay tuition fees and seek sponsorship for your living expenses CAD 10,000.

I thought My sponsor will pay my fees as well but he can one thing either he should sponsor me for living or for paying fees, previously I thought my sponsor can do rest.

Thank you sir.

Hi,

1. IELTS is NOT a must, but a "strongly recommended" instrument. It's an extremely important part of your visa application.
2. Refer your university website for the exact requirement. Generally for a master degree, it's 6.5 to 7.5 (overall) with 6.0 to 6.5 (each module).

It is "strongly recommended" for CHC means without Ielts I'll not receive the student visa

 or

 without Ielts by just showing acceptance letter from University will be enough?

If I don't provide my ielts score what sort impact it might have on my in issuance of student visa?
